- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Completion of an approved Health Unit Coordinator/Unit Secretary program OR
- One (1) year of related work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to successfully complete Valleywise Health computer training programs.
- National Association of Health Unit Coordinators (NAHUC) certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
