About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center in the Directorate of Medicine Gastroenterology Service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Provide information regarding facility policies, procedures, and locations to patients, family members and staff.
- Coordinate and/or schedule patient appointments with other medical specialty clinics/units.
- Collect, correct and update patient information during each patient interaction.
- Review patients' insurance to determine eligibility for medical care/treatment.
