Your Purpose in this Position: Make a Difference Every Day
- Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide hands-on support with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need.
- Track and Monitor Vital Signs: Keep detailed records of vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, and monitor food and fluid intake to ensure patient health and safety.
- Promote Safety and Well-Being: Vigilantly observe patients to prevent self-harm, aggression, or other risks, stepping in to provide immediate support and intervention as needed.
- Assist with Transport and Activities: Facilitate patient movement within the facility and on external trips, and actively engage in supporting various therapeutic and recreational activities.
- Adapt and Contribute: Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to patient care.
